It’s just one of those things I keep coming back to, the old school advertising posters of days past. The simplicity of creating an image with your brand name on it is well, in today’s world refreshing to me. The Hutchinson brand has been around for more than a century and we’ve all ridden them at some point. They’re French and so the rider must be, at least in my simple world.
I hope you like this work, I think it’s very true to my overall style of drawing and painting. Big bold shapes, solid rich color applied with a thick brush full of paint. Voila!

I don’t know about you but I just love riding with my friends. The bigger the group the more fun I have. It just seems to be so much more fun when you can share the ride, share the pain, share the amazing experiences we all have on our bikes.
Also, that’s me in the middle, lots of friends makes staying out of the wind easier too.
Enjoy this one of a kind Pen and Ink on paper original art.
Celeste Green has forever been linked to the bicycle company Bianchi. It’s very sight conjures up images of cyclings biggest heroes. It’s a brand color like no other, it says quality, panache, heritage and Italy!
My perfect fantasy world “Bianchi Hills” might be a very nice place to live. At least I think so.
We all need a little help and it’s good to know there’s always someone there for you with a hand. That is the basic idea behind this series of “Support” paintings I did for USA Cycling. With their support cycling in the US has a future.
This is one painting in a Series of Three.

Long sleeves, wool jerseys, damp, cold — sounds like a perfect day for a road ride in Belgium. Up the hill, down the hill it’s hard to find a flat road away from the coastline. I’m a big fan of the hard races, the classic one day events and very much looking forward to watching the 2019 Tour de France start in Brussels, Belgium next summer.
