An Open Letter to All Real Estate Agents

I wish it were true that all my business was handed to me. That I never had to knock doors or call FSBO's. However, the truth of matter is, I failed in this business not once but almost twice. I spent many hours in the office and sometimes 7 days a week doing all kinds of things trying to convince myself what I was doing was going to pay off.

I was doing what a friend of mine called "pretend real estate sales" He said I was "Doing everything you can think of without actually doing the one thing you need to be successful, talking to prospects." What changed by life is really something I cover in length at my seminars but the important message here is this, "If I can, anybody can!!" Real estate sales is not easy but it is not difficult. I averaged, over my many years of selling 60 listings per year while in my last 4 years I averaged over 100 and a large percent were doubled ended.

Whether you are new, struggling or a seasoned top producer I know that I can help you get to the next level. Whether that means increased listings and sales or just to maintain the level you are currently at or to enjoy more free time to do the things you want in life.
