"LISTING WITH INTEGRITY"

When I was a new real estate agent going on a listing appointment I did much the same as most agents are doing today. I'd look at the property, show the CMA and hope there were no questions to answer. Then came the dreaded questions, "We need to think it over." "Will you cut you commission?" etc... Most of the time I would see my competitors sign in the yard and wonder what I did wrong.

Now, having gone on to average 60 listings per year over my career and 100+ in the last 4 years, I can say I found the elements to a successful listing appointment. I will share these skills and techniques with you. In this workshop you will learn:
